Ambas actividades fueron de desarrollo multi-sectoriales, permitiendo conocer culturas y formas de gestión diferentes, con necesidades y niveles organizativos y de desarrollo particulares para cada empresa. Capacities and technology
Different NTV locations are perfect for heavy and bulky loads handling, as well as for carrying out industrial activities. Its wide spaces and shelves allow us to store from large pieces to small items. In addition, the facilities in Navarra have a large open space where tests or temporary assemblies can be carried out.
All of them are equipped with the necessary elements for unloading, handling and storage of almost any type of goods. Such as, large-tonnage bridge cranes, forklifts and lifting platforms, among others.

- Reconcilia Seal aims to implement conciliation policies in the Navarrese business and the promotion of women employment, in order to improve the competitiveness of the companies in the Autonomous Community of Navarra.
- Equality Plans are an ordered set of measures that are carried out after learning about the situation of the company or organization in terms of equality.
- ImplicaRSE is a new methodology of the Directorate General for Business Policy, International Projects and Labor to promote a new model of business and labor relations based on transparency and participation. At NTV Solutions we have had the opportunity to be pioneers in the application of this methodology.

ENVIRONMENT.
Our centers in Navarra and La Rioja are already 0 emissions.
In addition, our center in La Rioja is self sufficient in water consumption, since rainwater is reused.
In 2020, we avoided the emission of 97 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.
The time has come to change things and reduce the environmental impact on our society. It is everyone's responsibility, and at NTV Solutions we have been taking steps to do so for years.
